Optional appointment confirmations

When the program is activated and you choose to receive texts, Elite Surgical Specialties LLC will send appointment confirmation messages to the mobile number you confirm with our receptionist. The program covers appointment confirmations only. To schedule, change, or cancel an appointment, call (954) 994-6450.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving medical care. Declining texts does not affect your care. Visiting this website or calling the office does not, by itself, enroll you in text messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and get help

Once the program is active, reply STOP to a confirmation message to opt out of further texts. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment.

Once the program is active, reply HELP for help, or call our office at (954) 994-6450. STOP/HELP text responses have not yet been verified for this program. For assistance now, call the office.

Medical information and emergencies

SMS is not for medical advice or emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911. Do not send medical records or sensitive medical information by SMS or ordinary email.
